Khushi Traders

We’ve been here at 204 Tripoliya Bazar for a while now. Most people know the Lohiya Bhawan building, so finding us isn't too hard once you get into the main market area. It gets really crowded outside around noon, and sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear ourselves talk, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Khushi Traders is basically just a few of us handling things every day. We spend a lot of our morning moving boxes around and checking what came in the day before. The shop isn't fancy or anything. There are stacks of items everywhere and the shelves are pretty much full to the ceiling. We usually start the day with some tea from the stall around the corner and then get to work. People come in looking for different things, and we do what we can to find what they need in the piles. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't have a big corporate office or a bunch of people in suits. It’s just us in the bazar, trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can get back to the paperwork. It’s a simple life here at the shop. We know the neighbors and they know us. That’s pretty much the whole story of this place.
