Tyagi Paneer Udyog

We are located at number 41 in Shakti Nagar, right off Tonk Road. Tyagi Paneer Udyog is a busy place, especially in the early hours of the morning. That’s when the milk arrives and the real work starts. We are mostly focused on making paneer and handling dairy products. The floor is usually wet because we are constantly cleaning and processing the milk. It’s hard work and you have to be on your feet all day. The smell of fresh dairy is everywhere. We supply to local shops and also to individuals who come to our door. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a production space. We have large vats and cooling units to keep everything fresh. Tonk Road is always humming with traffic, which makes deliveries a bit of a challenge sometimes. We have to time everything right so the products don't sit out for too long. My clothes usually end up smelling like milk by the end of the shift. We don’t have any fancy labels or marketing teams. People buy from us because they know what they are getting. We’ve been doing this for years, and we know the process inside out. It’s a straightforward business. We make the product, we sell it, and we clean up to do it all again tomorrow. It’s about being consistent and showing up every single day. There’s no secret to it, just plenty of hard work and staying organized.
