Town Ice Parlor

Town Ice Parlor is on K P Road in Malviya Nagar. It’s a place where we serve ice cream and cold things. In the summer, it gets very busy because the heat in Jaipur is no joke. We have a few freezers that hum all day and night to keep everything frozen. The shop isn't very big, so when a group of teenagers or a family comes in, it feels full pretty fast. We have some plastic chairs outside for people to sit on while they eat. We don't have fancy decor or expensive menus. Most of the time, we are just busy scooping and cleaning up drips from the floor. Kids often make a mess with their cones, so we go through a lot of napkins and floor cleaner. The street outside is usually full of cars and people walking to the nearby market. We stay open late into the night because that's when people want to come out for something cold. We don’t have a big corporate team behind us, it's just a couple of us working the shifts. Sometimes the power cuts out and we worry about the stock, but we have a backup to keep things cold. It’s just a simple ice cream spot on K P Road. We try to keep the flavors people like and make sure the place stays cool enough for everyone who stops by.
