You can find us over in Mohanpura, specifically at House Number 16 in the Choudhary Charansingh area. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so we know a lot of the neighbors by name. We decided to open up a milk shake bar because people around here always seem to want something cold and sweet, especially when it gets really hot outside. We aren't a big chain or anything; it’s just a local operation run out of this space in Mohammadpur Panda. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep the milk cold, which is always a bit of a stress, but we make it work. We have a few different flavors and we try to keep the ingredients fresh. It’s not a complicated business model. We just blend the shakes and hand them over the counter. The street can get a bit dusty, and there's usually some kids hanging around after school. We spend our mornings getting the supplies ready and our evenings cleaning up the blenders and the floors. It’s a lot of washing and wiping, to be honest. But it’s good to have a place where people can just grab a drink. We are pretty easy to find once you get into the colony. We just stay focused on making the shakes and keeping the place running without too much trouble. It's a nice way to spend the afternoon in this part of town.
