If you walk down Sansar Chandra Road toward the Chhoti Maszid in Jalupura, you’ll find us at number 135. Tejdeep Roadlines has been tucked away here for quite some time. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with the mosque nearby and all the shoppers coming through. Finding parking for the big trucks can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve learned how to manage it over the years. We started this business because we knew people needed a way to get their packages and bulk goods across the region without a lot of fuss. It is mostly local faces coming in and out of our office. We keep the paperwork in stacks on the old wooden desk, and there is usually a pot of tea sitting somewhere. It’s a bit cramped, honestly, but it works for us. We don't use any high-tech systems, just some notebooks and a lot of memory. My brother handles the drivers while I talk to the customers who walk in off the street. We’ve had some long nights when a shipment is late, but that’s just how the road goes. It’s a decent living and we know most of our neighbors by name. We just try to keep things moving and stay out of the way of the heavy traffic when we can.
