New Sethi Transport Co is located on Moti Dungri Road. If you know the area, you know it can get quite crowded with all the traffic and the shops nearby. We have been here for years, watching the street change while we keep doing the same thing. Our business is mostly about moving goods for local people and businesses. We started out with just a few trucks and it grew from there, mostly by word of mouth. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. We just stay at our spot on Moti Dungri Road and wait for the work to come to us. The guys working here are mostly locals who know every turn and alley in the city. It’s a noisy place to work but we like being in the middle of everything. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the receipts and logbooks, but we know where everything is kept. We don't use fancy software; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It works for us and our customers seem okay with it too. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure they have what they need before they head out on their trips. It's a straightforward business. We move things, we take care of the paperwork, and we try to stay on schedule even when the city traffic makes it very difficult. There is always something happening on this road, so it never gets boring here.
