Tara Chandra Caters

Our business, Tara Chandra Caters, is situated in C Scheme, right on Bhagwan Das Road near the Rajmandir Cinema at C 22. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the cinema crowds nearby. We spend most of our time planning and prepping for different events. It’s not just about the cooking; there’s a lot of lifting and moving crates and making sure the vans are loaded correctly. The office is often a bit cluttered with lists and schedules pinned to the walls. We aren't a big corporate catering firm with shiny brochures. We’re just a local team that knows how to handle a kitchen under pressure. Some days we are working late into the night to get everything ready for a morning function. The kitchen gets loud with the sound of chopping and the big burners going. We’ve been in C Scheme for a long time, so we know the shortcuts through the traffic and the best places to get our fresh supplies nearby. There are times when things get stressful, like when a delivery is late or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we always manage to pull it off. We don't make big promises; we just show up and do the job we were hired for. It’s a lot of hard work behind the scenes that people don’t usually see, but that’s fine with us as long as the event goes well and the food is done. We just keep our heads down and work.
