You can find us at C 2 in Transport Nagar. It’s a crowded area full of shops and trucks, so it can be a bit hard to park if you come at the wrong time. We’ve been operating out of this small office for quite some time now. It’s basically just four walls and a lot of logbooks. Every morning starts the same way with the drivers showing up and asking about their routes. We handle a lot of different goods, mostly stuff that needs to go across the state. There’s always someone shouting over the noise of the engines outside. We don’t really do anything fancy here. It’s just about getting the loading done and making sure the trucks are in okay shape to hit the road. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a mess, and everything slows down, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a lot of talking on the mobile and drinking chai while we wait for news from the highway. My brother helps me out with the accounts because it gets confusing when too many things are moving at once. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot where people can come talk to us. It’s simple work, though it keeps us busy from sunrise until well after dark. Most days are just a cycle of loading, checking, and waiting for the next truck to arrive.
