Srivastava Roadlines

Srivastava Roadlines is based at F-2 on Agra Road, which is right in the heart of Transport Nagar. This area is always buzzing with the sound of heavy engines and the smell of diesel. Our office is a simple one-room setup with a big metal desk and a lot of box files. I’m Srivastava, and I’ve been running this place since my younger days. We don't have a corporate office or any fancy stuff. It’s just a place to get work done. We manage a fleet of trucks that travel all over. Most of my time is spent talking to drivers on their mobile phones and making sure the cargo is where it needs to be. Agra Road is a major route, so it’s always crowded and dusty. We don’t have a mission statement or any big goals other than keeping the trucks moving. Sometimes a truck breaks down and we have to scramble to find a mechanic in the middle of the night. It’s a stressful job but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on advertising. Most of our clients have been with us for years. The walls of the office are a bit stained from the smoke outside, and the ceiling fan wobbles a bit. We keep a stack of delivery notes on the desk held down by a heavy stone so they don't blow away. It’s just how we operate.
