Sony Food Company

Sony Food Company is based in Bhatia Colony. We are tucked in near the Military Canteen and the Jaat Dharamshala, which are the main landmarks people use to find us. Shiv Vihar Colony is also right nearby so there is always a lot of foot traffic and scooters buzzing around our door. We do a bit of everything when it comes to food, mostly packaging and distributing items that people use in their kitchens every day. The shop itself is quite packed with inventory. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. Sometimes it’s hard to move around when a new shipment arrives. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and a couple of us who take the orders. It’s noisy because of the canteen nearby and the general bustle of the colony, but we like the energy of the place. We don’t really use fancy equipment. It’s all very manual and hands-on. We know most of our regular customers by name and we usually have a chat about the weather or the local news while they wait for their stuff. It’s not a polished operation but it works for us and the people who live around here. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nobody goes away empty-handed.
