Shyam Caterers

Shyam Caterers is based out of Pant Krishi Bhawan on Bhagwan Das Road. We aren't some big-name agency with a lot of polish. We are just a group of people who know our way around a kitchen and like serving the local community here in Jaipur. Bhagwan Das Road is a pretty central spot, so we end up going all over the city from here. Most of our days are spent checking lists, loading vans, and making sure the stoves are ready to go. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or promotional stuff. We’d rather just show you what we can do with a big pot of biryani or a stack of rotis. It’s hard work, and your clothes always end up smelling like woodsmoke or spices at the end of the shift. We’ve handled all sorts of events, from small office lunches to bigger family gatherings. There are always challenges, like finding a parking spot near the venue or dealing with a sudden change in the guest count. We just take it as it comes. We don't have a glossy brochure; we just have our reputation among the people who have eaten our food before. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business. We show up on time, set everything up, and make sure the guests are fed before we pack up and head home.
