Shri Saras Caterers

Located at 1007, Saras Nikunj in Dariba Pan, we are right in the thick of Tripolia Bazar. Shri Saras Caterers has been part of this busy neighborhood for a while. If you know the Bazar, you know how crowded and loud it gets, which makes our job interesting when we’re trying to move big pots of food through the streets. Our place isn't some high-tech facility; it’s a traditional setup where we do things the old-fashioned way. We spend a lot of time sourcing spices and fresh produce from the local markets nearby. It’s a lot of manual labor, cleaning, chopping, and stirring over big flames. We don't use fancy titles or have a "mission." We just like to make sure that when someone hires us for a party, they don't have to worry about the kitchen. Sometimes we’re working in very tight spaces, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Tripolia Bazar is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like we fit right in with the other small shops and businesses. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we might forget a serving spoon or have to change a menu item at the last minute because something wasn't fresh at the market, but we always make it work. It is a simple business based on being honest and working hard every day to feed people.
