Shri Ram Stone Cutting Industries is located on NH-11 at Dhani Daber in Sikandara, along the Agra Road. This is where the real work happens. It’s a noisy place with the constant sound of saws cutting through heavy stone all day long. We have been out here for a long time. It’s a tough business. The stone dust gets everywhere, and you have to be very careful with the machines. We deal with large blocks of raw stone and turn them into something useful for construction. We don't have a fancy office. It’s mostly just the large shed and the yard where we keep the materials. People come to us from all over the region when they need stone for their buildings. We don’t do much talking; we just show the quality of the cut. The location on the highway is good for the trucks. It makes loading and unloading the heavy slabs much easier. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but we keep the blades running. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a local industry. We know our stones and we know how to handle them properly. Sometimes things break or a machine needs fixing, and we just roll up our sleeves and get to it. It’s honest, hard work. If you are driving down Agra Road, you’ll see our sign by the side.
