Shri Laxmi Caterers

Down here at 398/3 in Raja Park, things usually start pretty early for us at Shri Laxmi Caterers. We aren't some massive corporation with a bunch of fancy slogans; we are just people who like to cook and serve food for local events. The kitchen gets hot, and there is always a lot of chopping and stirring to do before any party starts. Raja Park is a crowded place, so navigating the narrow spots with our delivery stuff can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us. We don't spend money on big ads because we’d rather just focus on making the dal or the sabzi taste right. Sometimes things go a bit sideways, like a delivery truck being late or a burner acting up, but we always find a way to fix it. That is just how small businesses run. We take on all kinds of gatherings, from small house parties to bigger functions where everyone expects a full meal. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure the salt is just right. We don’t have a formal mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, set up the tables, and make sure there’s enough for everyone to eat until they’re full. It's simple work that we've been doing for years now.
