Shree Shakti Roadlines

Shree Shakti Roadlines operates from Mandawa House on Sansar Chandra Road. It is a busy spot where the air is always thick with the sound of the city. We have been handling road transport from this office for years. The room is usually filled with the sound of people talking over each other and the scratch of pens on paper. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and making sure things get from one point to another without too much trouble. Mandawa House is an old building and our office has that lived-in feel with dusty shelves and stacks of files that go back a long way. The furniture is heavy and old, but it does the job. Most of our mornings are spent checking in with drivers who are parked somewhere on the outskirts waiting for instructions. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to track down where a shipment might be or why a truck is stuck in traffic. The heat in the summer makes the office feel a bit cramped, so we usually keep the door open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. It is a practical place where people come to get work done. We don’t worry much about how things look as long as the trucks are moving and the goods are reaching the right hands. It is hard work and the days are long, but we are used to it.
