We are set up at S-24 in the RIICO Commercial Complex on Road No-14 in VKIA. This is a real industrial hub. If you look around, you’ll see nothing but warehouses and transport companies. We fit right in. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. We spend our days coordinating trucks and managing loads. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The commercial complex is always buzzing with people and vehicles. We don’t have a fancy showroom because we don’t need one. Our work happens on the road and in the loading bays. There are always papers to be signed and logs to be checked. We’ve got a small team that handles everything from the phone calls to the actual loading when things get really busy. The furniture in the office has seen better days, but it does the job. We know most of the other businesses in the complex. We’ve been operating here for a long time. It’s a tough business with tight deadlines, but we’ve learned how to manage. We don’t make big promises; we just tell people when the truck will be there and we do what we can to make it happen. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flat tire or a closed road, and we just deal with it. It’s just the nature of transport work in this part of the country.
