Down here at Shiv Ganpati Transport Company, we stay pretty busy near the Loha Mandi Mode. If you know the New Ajmer By Pass area, you know how hectic it can get with all the iron and steel moving around. Our office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we coordinate things. Most of the time, I'm on the phone or talking to drivers who just pulled in from a long trip. We’ve been at this for some years now. It started small, just a couple of vehicles, and it’s grown a bit since then, though it still feels like a small family operation. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or the bypass gets jammed up during peak hours, but that is part of the life. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they saw our trucks or someone told them we were reliable for getting things from point A to point B. It’s hard work, sometimes we’re here late finishing up logs or making sure the next day's schedule is set. The tea stall nearby keeps us going when the mornings are cold. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things honest. If someone asks for help with a load, we see if we have a truck free and go from there.
