Sharma Paneer Udhog

Located in Mahesh Nagar, specifically over in the Shri Gopal Nagar side, our little unit stays busy from the early hours. We deal with milk and paneer, so our day starts long before most people are even awake. The smell of fresh dairy is everywhere, and the floors are almost always wet from the cleaning we have to do. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working with the vats and the heavy weights to press the paneer. We don't have a big storefront with lights, just a functional space where the work gets done. People from around the neighborhood know to come here if they want something for their lunch or dinner. The lanes in Shri Gopal Nagar can be a bit tight, so the delivery vans have to be careful when they pull up. We spend a lot of time checking the temperature and making sure everything is handled right. It’s physical work, lifting heavy cans and moving trays around all morning. We aren't trying to be a big brand, we just focus on our small corner of Mahesh Nagar. When the sun goes down, we’re usually exhausted and ready to close up so we can do it all again tomorrow. It’s a simple life built around milk and hard work, and that’s just fine by us. We don't need much more than the regular orders coming in from the nearby shops and neighbors.
