Our office is located at 60/61 on Sansar Chandra Road. It’s right on the main road and very close to Khandelwal College. If you’ve ever walked or driven down this street, you know how busy it is with all the shops and pedestrians. We have a bit of an old-fashioned setup here. The building has been around for a long time, and so have we. Inside, it’s mostly just wooden desks and stacks of files that go back years. We don’t use much computer stuff, preferring to do things by hand. Most of our work involves managing trucks that go all over the country. We sit here and talk to clients who stop by, usually people from the neighborhood or local businesses. It gets pretty noisy with the horns honking outside all day long. We don’t have any fancy uniforms or a polished reception area. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes we have to stay late to wait for a driver to call in from a checkpost. My uncle started this company and we just keep following the same routine he did. It works for us. We know the routes, we know the people, and we know how to handle the typical problems that come up on the highway. It’s a basic business run by real people who understand the value of a day’s work.
