Shahpura Bombay Roadways is out by the Vkia New Delhi Bye-Pass on Road No 14. We are located near the Milon Cinema, which is the main thing people look for when they are trying to find our office. The Bye-Pass is always full of big trucks and noise, which is exactly where a transport business belongs. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a long time. The cinema has been there as long as I can remember, and it’s a good landmark for the drivers coming from out of town. We don’t have a fancy setup with air conditioning or expensive furniture. It’s just a working office where we keep track of the routes to Bombay and Delhi. We talk to a lot of different people every day and most of them are just hard-working folks like us. We don’t use marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local roadway company. The dust from the main road gets into everything, but you just wipe it off and keep going. We stay open late because the trucks don't stop just because the sun goes down. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way.
