Rimjhim Ice Cream

Rimjhim Ice Cream is over on Patel Marg in Mansarovar, right at 103/64. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main markets. We have a couple of big freezers and some chairs outside on the sidewalk. I started this after I left my old job because I wanted something of my own. We sell scoops and cones. Sometimes the kids from the nearby school come by in groups and it gets a bit chaotic. We try to keep the flavors simple. The freezer broke down once last year and we lost a whole batch, which was a real headache. Now I check the temperature every few hours. The shop isn't very big, so we keep most of the stock in the back. Mansarovar is a big residential area, so we see a lot of families in the evenings. It’s nice to see people sitting outside and talking. We don't do anything fancy with decorations. It's just some plain walls and the smell of vanilla. My wife helps out in the evenings when it gets busy. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent shop. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the neighbors. It’s a steady business and it keeps us going. We’re happy with how things are at number 103/64.
