Regal Cafe Cateres

We are located over at Bapu Nagar B-1 on Rajendra Marg. It is a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We have these big stainless steel tables that have seen better days, but they get the job done. Our days start early, usually before the sun is even up, getting the burners going. There is always a pile of dishes to be done and someone is always looking for a misplaced ladle. Bapu Nagar is a nice area, and quite a few regulars stop by just to see what we are cooking up for the weekend orders. We do a lot of transport, loading crates into the back of the small truck parked outside. Sometimes the traffic on Rajendra Marg makes us run a few minutes late, which is frustrating. My apron is never clean for more than ten minutes. We do not have a fancy office or a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up, even if their hands are covered in flour. We have been at B-1 for a long time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to get around to it. It is just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily rush of orders and getting food out on time.
