Raman Ji Caterers

Raman Ji Caterers is based out of C-109 in Vidhyadhar Nagar. This is more than just a business location for us; it’s where everything happens. We don’t have a big storefront with neon signs. It’s a more personal setup. We started doing this because I always liked cooking for large groups and it just turned into a full-time job. In Vidhyadhar Nagar, people appreciate when you show up on time and do what you said you would. That is pretty much our whole approach. We spend a lot of time cleaning our equipment and making sure the gas cylinders are full. It can be very stressful when you have three different events on the same day, and I’m usually the one running between them to make sure the staff isn't slacking off. The kitchen can get incredibly loud with everyone shouting orders, but that’s just the environment we are used to. We don't use any of those fancy marketing words to describe what we do. We just make food and serve it. Sometimes we run out of something or a van breaks down, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s the reality of catering. If you want to talk about an event, you usually just come by the house at C-109 and we sit down with some tea and figure it out together. It works for us.
