Rajsi Veg Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Our restaurant, Rajsi, is located at number 33 on Chanakya Marg, which sits right off the main Ajmer Road in the Nirman Nagar area. It is a strictly vegetarian place, and we have been serving the local crowd here for a good few years now. The kitchen is usually the loudest and busiest part of the whole building, filled with the constant sound of metal pans hitting the gas burners and the staff talking over each other. We have quite a variety of dishes on the menu because the people living in this neighborhood really like to have a lot of different choices when they eat out. Some days the yellow dhal is the most popular thing we make, and other days it seems like everyone wants something completely different. We try our best to keep all the tables wiped down and clean, but during the heavy lunch rush, things can get a bit messy until we finally have a second to breathe. The furniture we use is just simple wood and metal, nothing like the stuff you see in fancy hotels. We get a lot of office workers coming in for a quick bite during the day and then more families in the evening hours. It is a lot of walking back and forth from the kitchen to the dining area. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when the weather gets too hot, so we have to call the repairman.
