We are R K Caterers and our place is at D-161 on Savitri Path in Bapu Nagar. It is a quiet enough street most days. We chose this spot because it's easy for us to get around the city from Bapu Nagar. Working with food means we are always on the move. The kitchen is where we spend ninety percent of our time. It’s not a corporate office. It’s a place where things actually get cooked. Sometimes the smell of spices fills the whole street, and the neighbors know we are busy. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing next. The space at D-161 is filled with stacks of plates and big metal containers. We try to keep everything in its place, but when three orders come in at once, it gets a bit messy for a while. That is just the nature of catering. We don't use big words or fancy marketing. We just show up and do the job. Savitri Path is a good location for us. If you are coming to see us, just look for the number on the gate. We are usually there unless we are out at a function. It's hard work, but we are used to the long hours and the heat. We just keep our heads down and get the cooking finished.
