Punjab Old Bearings

Punjab Old Bearings is based out at B-12/18 in Automobile Nagar, right on the Delhi Bye-Pass Road. It is a very industrial part of town. There is always the sound of heavy engines and the smell of diesel in the air. We deal with all kinds of old bearings and mechanical parts. Our shop floor is usually a bit dark and has some oil stains on it, but that is to be expected in this line of work. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, filled with metal parts of every size. It can be a bit of a challenge to find a specific piece sometimes, but we usually know where things are kept. We've been here for years, watching the trucks go by on the bye-pass road. It's a dusty job and our hands are rarely clean. Most of our customers are drivers who have broken down or mechanics looking for a specific part they can't find elsewhere. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a couple of benches outside. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the news while we work. It’s a simple way to make a living. We aren’t interested in being a big corporation. We just want to provide the parts people need. If you're driving near the bye-pass, you'll see our sign. It’s a tough environment, but it suits us just fine. We stay focused on the metal.
