Our business is located at 25 Sansar Chandra Road. We are in the Dudu Bagh area, which is very close to Hotel Siddarth in Loha Mandi. Loha Mandi is a place where there is a lot of heavy metal and hardware being moved around every day. We sell bearings of all different sizes. Some are for small motors and others are for very large industrial machines. The shop has a particular smell of metal and oil. There are stacks of cardboard boxes everywhere you look. My brother and I have been running this place together for a long time. We do not use a computer to track what we have in stock. We just know which shelf or bin to look in. If a customer needs a specific size, we can usually find it pretty quickly. If we don't have it, we try to get it from another supplier. The street outside is always crowded with carts and big trucks making deliveries. It is very hard to find a place to park a car near here. Most people just walk in. We get our tea from a small stall just a few doors down. It is a busy and noisy life here in Loha Mandi. We are not trying to be a big company. We just want to provide the parts people need to keep their own machines running smoothly. That is it.
