We spend most of our time here on the first floor of the Somani Building. If you know Loha Mandi on Sansar Chandra Road, you know it gets pretty loud with all the traffic and people moving stuff around. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done and talk to the folks who drop by. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Some days are just about sorting through papers and taking phone calls while the tea gets cold on the desk. You can hear the sounds from the street coming up through the windows all day long. It’s a busy area and finding a place to park is always a headache for everyone. We usually just keep the doors open to let some air in, even when it’s dusty outside. People come in looking for things, and we try to help them out without making a big deal of it. There are lots of other businesses around us too, so there is always someone walking past the door or shouting out to a neighbor. It’s just how things go around here. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot and stay until the shutters start coming down in the rest of the market. It’s a lot of manual work and just keeping track of everything that comes in and out of the building. Nothing more to it than that.
