We are located in Vidhyadhar Nagar, very close to the C.K.I. and the local bus stop. It’s a convenient place for the staff to get to work. Ctc Impex (India) Pvt. Ltd. is basically an import-export office. We have a lot of boxes coming in and out, and the paperwork can be a real headache sometimes with all the customs forms and shipping logs. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some metal cabinets and a few computers that are getting a bit slow. Being near the bus stop means there's always a crowd outside, which makes the area feel lively. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy entrance. People usually find us because they need help with shipping or sourcing products from overseas. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and sending emails or making calls to different time zones. Sometimes the internet goes down and everything stops, which is the worst part of the day. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. It’s a small team here and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to packing up small samples. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just handle the trade business from this little corner of Vidhyadhar Nagar and hope the shipments arrive on time so we can finish our work.
