Pink City Multi Cuisine Ac is out in Pratap Nagar near the Haldi Ghati Gate on Tonk Road. It’s a pretty good-sized place. We put the AC in because the heat around here can get really bad, especially in the middle of the day. People mostly come here when they want to sit somewhere cool and eat a full meal. We call it multi-cuisine because we don't just stick to one type of food. We have a bit of everything on the menu, from North Indian stuff to some Chinese dishes. The kitchen is always busy and you can hear the chefs shouting orders back and forth. We have these big tables for families who come in on Sunday nights. It can get pretty loud when the place is full, with kids running around and people talking. It’s not a fancy fine-dining setup. The chairs are just standard and the tablecloths are plain. We focus more on making sure the food is hot and that there’s enough of it for everyone. The parking outside can be a bit of a mess near the gate, but people usually find a spot eventually. We’ve been here in Pratap Nagar for a while now, just serving the local families and anyone passing through on Tonk Road. It’s a straightforward restaurant where you know what to expect.
