Pal Roadways

Pal Roadways is based out of J-12 in Transport Nagar, right off Agra Road. This part of town is basically just trucks, dust, and a lot of heavy lifting. It’s not a place you come to for a quiet walk. We handle the movement of goods, which means our phones never really stop ringing. Drivers coming in, drivers going out, and people asking where their stuff is—that’s my whole day. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a big table for maps and paperwork, and a lot of tea. The air is always thick with the smell of diesel and exhaust from the Agra Road traffic. It’s a tough business because things rarely go exactly to plan. A tire might blow out or a road might be closed, and then we have to figure it out on the fly. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people making sure things get from one point to another without too much trouble. My clothes usually end up looking a bit dusty by the end of the shift. We’ve been in Transport Nagar for a long time, so we know most of the other operators around here. It’s a community of sorts, even if everyone is always in a hurry. We just try to be reliable and keep the trucks moving as best as we can every single day.
