You can find us at 52 D in the Industrial Estate over in Sudershanpura. It’s a bit of a maze back here with all the different units and sheds. Our place is one of the older ones in this row. Most days start early with the sound of shutters going up all down the street. It gets pretty dusty because of the trucks moving in and out, but that’s just life in an industrial area. Inside, there is usually some equipment running or boxes being stacked up. We have a small desk tucked in the corner where the paperwork gets done. The light isn’t great in the back, but we know our way around. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the alley. We drink a lot of tea from the stall around the corner. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two and everything goes quiet, which is a nice break honestly. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights, just the address painted on the wall. It’s a place where work actually happens without much fuss. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s close to the main suppliers and we know the other guys around here. It isn’t much to look at from the outside but it’s where we spend most of our lives.
