Nut Bolt Multi Cuisine

We are over at A 7-8 in Malviya Nagar. The name Nut Bolt Multi Cuisine comes from wanting to do something a little bit different with the place. We aren't a high-end restaurant with white tablecloths. It’s more of a casual spot where you can get a few different types of food in one sitting. We have a kitchen that handles a bit of everything. It’s a busy area of Malviya Nagar, and finding our door is pretty easy once you’re on the right block. The interior is simple. We put out some tables and chairs, got the stove running, and just started serving whoever walked in. It’s mostly locals who live nearby or people working in the shops around us. We don't have a PR person. If someone likes the food, they tell their neighbor, and that’s how we get by. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the day is busier than we expected. We just tell people honestly and they usually understand. The staff here is small, just a few of us making sure the orders go out. It gets a little hot in the summer and a bit crowded on weekends, but we like the energy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to give people a decent meal at a fair price. We stay open late enough for the dinner crowd to finish up before we clean the floors.
