Nspl Impax

Our business, Nspl Impax, is located out in the Sitapura Industrial Area of Jaipur. You can find us at G 1-160 in the Epip Garment Zone. It is an industrial park, so the surroundings are mostly other factories and big warehouses. Our building is a simple structure designed for work, not for looks. Inside, there is the constant hum of sewing machines and the sound of the steam irons. We focus mostly on making garments for export, so there are always cardboard boxes being taped up and stacked near the door. The floors are concrete and we have big windows to let in the light, though it gets very dusty with the Jaipur wind. We have a small staff of local people who have been with us for a long time. We eat our lunch together in a small shaded area outside when the weather allows. It’s hard work and the deadlines can be quite stressful, especially when a container is waiting to be loaded. We don't have a corporate office with fancy furniture. My desk is right near the production line so I can see what’s going on. We deal with a lot of different patterns and fabrics every day. It’s a basic, no-nonsense way of working. We just try to do our jobs well and make sure the clothes we send out are something we can be proud of.
