Nirmal Roadways

Nirmal Roadways is located at 17 Sansar Chandra Road. We are in the New Mandawa House, which is right near the Panjab National Bank. This is a very busy part of the city. There’s always a lot of traffic and people walking by on the sidewalk. Being near a bank means it’s a central spot that everyone knows. Our office is in an old building, so it has a bit of character and high ceilings. We’ve been operating from here for a long time. It’s a transport office, so it’s mostly desks covered in papers, registers, and maps of the region. The tea man comes around a few times a day, which is always a highlight for the staff. We talk to drivers, schedule pickups, and try to keep everything on time as much as possible. It’s not always easy because the roads can be unpredictable. Sometimes there’s a strike or a festival that blocks the main routes through the city. We just have to manage those situations as they arise. The staff here is practical and down to earth. We don't use a lot of fancy words or complicated computer systems for everything. We just write things down and make sure the trucks are moving. Sansar Chandra Road is easy for clients to visit. It’s a familiar place for everyone in the transport business around here. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just us trying to do a decent job.
