My Food Express

If you are looking for My Food Express, you will find us at Plot No. C 214 in the Kardani area. We are right on Jhotwara Kalwar Road, which stays busy with traffic all day and night. Hotel Palck Paradise is very close by, so that is a good landmark if you are new to this side of town. The shop isn't very big, but we keep the kitchen moving. There is always the smell of something cooking in the air, which we have grown accustomed to over the years. We started this place because we wanted to serve the people who live and work around Jhotwara. It gets especially crowded during the lunch hour when the office workers and drivers stop in for a quick bite. The tables are simple and sometimes we run out of chairs when it is raining outside and everyone wants to stay dry. We don't have a big menu with fancy names, just the stuff people like to eat every day. My brother and a couple of local guys handle the cooking and the cleaning. Sometimes the stove acts up or a delivery is late, but we manage to get the food out anyway. It is a noisy, lively place to spend the day. We are just a small part of the neighborhood, trying to keep people fed and getting through the busy shifts one at a time.
