We are based at 326 Amer Road, right near Subhash Chowk in Esarda House. It is a place that is always smelling like spices and cooked food. Munnas Maharaj Caterers Services has been around for a long time, helping people with their weddings and local parties. We don't have a big corporate office because most of our work happens in the kitchen or at the venues. Amer Road is always busy with tourists and traffic, so it can be a bit of a scramble getting the vans loaded up in the morning. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We know who is good at what. Some handle the big pots and others focus on the smaller details. It isn't always easy work, especially when we have to cook for hundreds of people in the heat, but we are used to it by now. Subhash Chowk is a landmark everyone knows, so it makes it easy for suppliers to find our door. We don't do much advertising. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or cousins who liked the food at another event. We try to keep things traditional and simple. There are no fancy titles here, just people who know how to cook. We spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping before any big day starts. It is a lot of hard work but it keeps us busy.
