Manu Yantralaya Pvt Ltd is situated at G1 800 in the Sitapura Industrial Area, which is part of the RIICO development. Sitapura is a huge place, full of factories and workshops, and we are just one of the many tucked away in those long rows of industrial plots. The air out here is usually heavy with the sound of machines and the smell of metalwork. We do a lot of manufacturing and engineering stuff inside our unit. It is a large space, mostly taken up by the machines and the raw materials we need for production. It is not a place for visitors to come and browse; it is a working factory floor where things actually get made. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoons, making it pretty warm, but we are used to that. We have a small office area for the administrative side of things, but most of the action happens out where the tools are. Dealing with RIICO regulations and the daily logistics of an industrial area keeps us pretty occupied. We don't talk much about "visions" or "goals," we just focus on finishing the orders we have and making sure the machines don't break down in the middle of a shift. It is a tough environment but it feels good to see parts being completed and shipped out to wherever they are going next. Most of us have been working in this industrial belt for a long time and know the routine well.
