Manglam Caterers

We are Manglam Caterers, located over in Gangori Bazar. Our spot is right near Vidya Vihar School and very close to Malpani Hospital. If you are in that area, you probably know the lane we are in. It’s a busy part of the market, so there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been doing catering for a while now, mostly for people who live around here or have family events nearby. We don't have a big fancy menu with names you can't pronounce. We just cook the food that people like to eat at weddings and birthdays. Our kitchen is where we spend most of our time, prepping vegetables and getting the spices right. It’s hard work, especially when we have to cook for a large group in the heat. We don't have any big marketing plans or a mission statement. We just show up, cook the food, and make sure everything is ready on time. The hospital next door means there are always people moving around, and the school bells ring throughout the day. It’s a lively place to work. Sometimes we struggle with getting the delivery van through the narrow bazaar streets, but we manage. We’ve built a decent reputation just by being consistent over the years. It’s a small operation, but we take it seriously in our own way. We just keep going, day after day, making sure the orders are fulfilled properly for our neighbors.
