Maheswari Udyog

Maheswari Udyog is situated out on Sikar Road, specifically in the Rajdhani Mandi area of Lalkothi. It is a very active part of town, especially in the early morning hours when the mandi starts buzzing with activity. There are trucks coming in and out constantly, so there is never a quiet moment around here. We have a modest setup where we manage the daily operations. Most of our day is spent checking the stock and talking to the transporters who are moving goods across the state. The office is not very big, but it serves our needs just fine. We have a few benches for visitors and a large wooden table that is usually covered in receipts and old ledgers. Sikar Road has grown a lot over the last few years, and there is much more traffic now than I can remember from when we first started. It gets quite dusty because of all the heavy vehicles passing by, but that is just part of being in a trade zone like this. We usually take a break around noon when things settle down a bit, and we can actually hear ourselves think. My brother handles the accounts while I stay out front to deal with whatever comes up during the day. We do not have a website or anything; we just rely on the people we have known for years. It is steady work and it keeps us very busy.
