We are located on the first floor of Windsor Plaza, room F 101. That is on Sansar Chandra Road, very close to the Kangres Karyalay. Being on the first floor means we are away from the street noise a little bit, but the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is having a bad day. We distribute various goods from here, so the office is often full of boxes and packing tape. It is not a retail shop where people come to look around; it’s more of a hub for getting orders ready. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the right items are going to the right people. It can get a bit disorganized when a large shipment arrives all at once, and we have to move things around to make space. The lighting in the hallway of the plaza is sometimes a bit dim, but our office is okay. We have been here for a while and know the other folks in the building. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit quite often. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just try to get the orders out of the door as fast as we can. Dealing with the traffic on Sansar Chandra Road is the hardest part of the day, especially for the delivery boys. It is a busy place to work, but we like being in the heart of the city.
