We are located in the Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur. Our office is in the Akansha Apartment building, specifically A/2, 352. It is a busy part of the city with lots of traffic and people. We deal with milk and cream products. Being in a large city like Jaipur, there is always a lot of demand, but also a lot of competition. We aren't a giant dairy corporation with a fleet of hundreds of trucks. We are a smaller operation run by the Pathak family. K.C. Pathak's son is the one often coordinating everything. Most of our work involves managing where the milk comes from and where it needs to go. It is a lot of time spent on the phone and looking at spreadsheets. The apartment office is small and sometimes gets a bit cluttered with all the files and records we have to keep. We don't have a fancy reception area or a big sign outside. We just do our business from here. The city can be very noisy and fast, so we have to stay alert to keep everything on schedule. Sometimes deliveries get stuck in the Jaipur traffic, which can be frustrating. We don't use any big words to talk about what we do. We just focus on the dairy business and making sure things are handled properly. It is regular work for regular people in a busy city.
