Kwality Walls Swirls

You can find us over at D-30 on Subhash Marg in C Scheme. This is a pretty nice part of town, and we’ve been running this Kwality Walls Swirls outlet here for a bit now. It’s mostly a place where families come in the evenings. We have the machines that blend the ice cream with different toppings. It makes a bit of a whirring noise that we’ve grown used to. The shop isn’t huge, but we have a few small tables if people want to sit down for a minute. During the summer months, it’s non-stop. We spend a lot of time wiping down the counters because the ice cream melts so fast in the heat. We get a lot of teenagers coming in after school and office workers looking for something cold in the afternoon. It’s a cheerful kind of place to work. We have to keep an eye on the power because if the freezers go off, we’re in trouble. I usually wear a sweater even in July because the air conditioning has to stay high for the machines. We keep the floor mopped, but kids always seem to drop a bit of cone here and there. It’s not a complicated business. We just stock the flavors and make the swirls as they are ordered. It’s nice to see people happy when they get their treats, and that's about all there is to it.
