Our place is G-1/269 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. A good way to find us is to look for the Laxmi Bhoge Atta mill, as we are right near there. Because of the mill, there’s often a bit of a dusty smell in the air, mixed with the usual industrial scents. Sitapura is a big place and it can get incredibly hot during the summer months. We have several large fans going, but you still feel the heat while you’re working. We handle a lot of fabric here, mostly rolls that come in on big trucks and get moved into our storage area. The floor is concrete and has some cracks here and there, but it’s sturdy enough for the heavy loads. We do a lot of our cutting and sewing right here on the ground floor. It’s a busy environment where people are always carrying things back and forth. We don't have much of a front office; usually, you just walk right into the middle of the workspace. There’s a small desk where we keep the ledgers and the phone, but that’s about it. Most of us eat our lunch together in the back or go to one of the small stalls down the road. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on getting the garments finished and out the door so we can start on the next batch.
