Khatod Interior & Art

Khatod Interior & Art is over at 14 Gopal Nagar-A, right off the Ajmer Road near the Gopalpura Bypass. We are situated quite close to the Triveni Flyover, which is a busy landmark that most people in Jaipur know. Our workspace is a mix of an office and a workshop. You’ll see a lot of paint cans, brushes, and interior samples lying around. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you step because there might be a project drying on the floor. We spend a lot of time talking about designs and looking at how different pieces of art can work in a room. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of paint on. The bypass is loud, and we hear the trucks going by all day, but we’ve gotten used to the sound. Sometimes we have clients come by to look at things, and they usually end up sitting on whatever stool is free. We have a small kettle for tea and a fridge that doesn't always stay cold in the summer heat. Our team is just a few people who like making things. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything; we just do our work and hope people like what we make. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when multiple projects are happening at once, but we manage to get things done.
