Khandelwal Transport Co

Khandelwal Transport Co has been operating out of Jalupura on Sansar Chandra Road for many years. This part of the city is always crowded, especially during the peak hours when everyone is trying to get somewhere at once. Our office is tucked away in a spot that stays busy from morning until late evening. It is not a very polished place, just a regular transport office with maps on the walls and some old wooden benches for the drivers to sit on while they wait for their paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone, calling different people and checking on where the vehicles have reached. The air outside is full of exhaust and the sounds of the city, but inside it is just us doing the daily grind. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that to write fancy things for us. It is just a local business where we know most of our customers by their first names. Sometimes things go wrong, a tyre punctures or a road is blocked, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That is how it has always been and that is how we like it. It feels real. We keep the ledger books updated by hand most of the time. It is a bit old-fashioned I suppose, but it works fine for what we need to do each day here in Jalupura.
