We've been here in Ward 32 for a while now, right on Tonk Road. If you are driving through Sitapura Industrial Area, you probably saw our spot across from the Gitanjali Hotel. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the trucks moving around, but we keep things going. Most people stop by after a meal at the hotel or when they are finishing up their shift at one of the factories nearby. It is a small place, nothing fancy at all. We mostly just focus on getting the daily items ready for the regulars who come by every morning and evening. The traffic on Tonk Road can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the afternoons when everyone is trying to get home. We see a lot of different faces, from laborers to office folks just looking for a quick break. It is just a simple shop where we do our work and talk to the neighbors. Some days are busier than others, especially when there's a lot of activity at the hotel across the street. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the usual setup you'd expect in this part of town. It’s been our daily routine for years now, opening up early and staying until things quiet down at night. We don't mind the long hours because it gives us a chance to stay connected with what is happening in the area. It is just a basic way of living.
