Our office is over at Plot No 23 in Transport Nagar, right near the big water tank. Being Kapoor Freight Carrier Pvt Ltd, we spend a lot of time around trucks and big loads. Transport Nagar is always a bit dusty and there’s always someone shouting directions or a driver looking for a place to park. Our building is simple, just a place to keep the files and talk to the drivers when they come back from a long trip. We have a few desks and a lot of logbooks piled up everywhere. The water tank is a good landmark because people often get lost in these winding plots. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, making sure things go where they are supposed to go. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We’ve been operating out of this plot for years. The guys here have seen it all when it comes to the roads and the weather. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or trouble. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone stays on schedule. We just take it one load at a time and deal with whatever comes up on the way.
