Kalakriti Exports

Kalakriti Exports is over in Jhotwara, specifically at 40, Gulab Bari on Factory Area Road. As the name suggests, it is a very industrial part of the city. There is always the sound of machines or trucks passing by outside. It's not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where the work gets done. We have a large space here because we need it for all the goods we handle. The roof is corrugated metal, so it gets really loud when it rains during the monsoon. We have a small office tucked into the corner where we handle the paperwork. Most of the staff live nearby in Jhotwara. We start our day early before the sun gets too high and makes the warehouse too hot. There's a lot of lifting and moving things around. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just some big fans that move the air around. It gets pretty dusty with all the factories nearby. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the items before they get packed up. It is honest work. We've been at this location for a long time and know all the other business owners on the road. Sometimes we share a tea at the corner stall and talk about the business. It's a tough environment but we're used to it. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is ready for the trucks.
