Jammies Kitchen

Jammies Kitchen is over at 52, Vaishali Nagar. If you know where Green Park is in Jaipur, then you know exactly where we are. It is a nice part of town, 302021, and we have been here for a while. We aren't a big fancy place. It’s just a kitchen where we make food for the neighborhood. We get people coming in after a walk in the park or folks who live just down the street. We keep things pretty simple around here. There is always something to do, like cleaning up or prepping the ingredients for the next day. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but that's what we do. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us, the staff, making sure people have a place to eat. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to catch up on things. Other days, every table is full and it's a bit of a scramble. That’s just the way it goes in this business. We like being in Vaishali Nagar. It feels like home to us. When we set up Jammies Kitchen, we just wanted a place where people could come and get a decent meal without any fuss. We try to keep it honest and practical. No big promises, just daily work and food. If you’re near Green Park, you’ll see us. We are usually busy in the back getting things ready for the next customer.
